The work of the Odesa oil refinery is to be resumed in March, energy and coal industry minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky told a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.

"We are seriously working on increasing the volumes of oil refining. In March, we will resume refining at one of the plants. After launching the Odesa plant, we’ll move on to the Lysychansky refinery," Stavytsky said.

According to him, the government works out "certain aspects" to promote the industry.
"Import duties may be imposed within the oil refining industry," the minister added.
