Chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Popov is ready to consider dismissal of director of the Kyivavtodor Road Agency Heorhiy Hlinski, if he does not submit an effective program of capital repair of roads before February 19.

"I believe that we do not need to change Kyivavtodor staff to effectively carry out road works," Popov said.

According to him, if Hlinski submits proposals for the reconstruction of the capital's roads by tomorrow, the decision on personnel will not be taken.

"We have the opportunity to examine Hlinski and his subordinates. If I receive a promising program of reconstruction, I will not do any staff reshuffles," the KCSA chairman Oleksandr Popov told a briefing after the board in City Administration, ForUm correspondent reports.
