On Monday, February 18, the Court of Appeals of Chernihiv region will consider the complaint about the decision of judge Oleksandr Savchenko of the Mena district court to deny the petition of former interior minister Yuri Lutsenko on his release from further punishment for health reasons.
Court hearing is scheduled for 10:00, the People's Self-Defense Party press service informs.
The panel of judges decided on the compulsory delivery of ex-minister Lutsenko to participate in the hearing.
