Tajik Prosecutor General sent to Kyiv all official documents required for the extradition of former Prime Minister of Tajikistan Abdumalik Abdullajanov accused of a number of serious crimes in his homeland, the Tajik Prosecutor General's representative declared.
The documents contained enough evidence against the former Prime Minister to extradite him.
"All the documents required for the formal request of extradition of Tajik citizen Abdumalik Abdullajanov were collected and sent to our Ukrainian colleagues," the representative of the Prosecutor General said.
"In our view, the documents contain enough evidence against Abdullajanov to extradite him for a fair trial in the homeland," he added.
