Head of the delegation of the European Parliament to the Ukraine-EU Parliamentary Cooperation Committee Paweł Kowal believes that 2013 is a crucial year for signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, he told a press conference in Kyiv.
Kowal stressed that the current composition of the European Commission includes many representatives, who are very friendly to Ukraine
"If the Association Agreement is not signed this year, then it may be impossible to sign it during the future composition of the European Commission. So this year is really crucial," Kowal said.
