Ukraine and Russia have agreed on action plan of the negotiation process on the Black Sea Fleet in 2013, spokesman of the Foreign Ministry Yevhen Perebyinis told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the working meeting of the co-chairmen of the Sub-Commission on the functioning of the Russian Black Sea Fleet and its presence on the territory of Ukraine of the Ukrainian-Russian interstate commission was held on February 11-12 in Odessa.
Perebyinis noted that the parties discussed a wide range of bilateral issues, focusing on schedules of bilateral contacts for the year. "The parties discussed the Transnistrian conflict settlement, the preparation of joint activities to mark the 200th anniversary of the birth of Taras Shevchenko and the issues of the negotiation process associated with the presence of the Black Sea Fleet in Ukraine," Perebyinis said.
