Ukrainian foreign minister Leonid Kozhara met with head of experts from the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) Audrey Glover who is in Kyiv to present a final report of the OSCE/ODIHR observation mission to the October 28, 2012 parliamentary elections in Ukraine, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reports.
Kozhara welcomed the readiness of OSCE experts to cooperate with Ukraine in improving our country's electoral legislation and stressed the serious attitude of the Ukrainian side to practical recommendations for this purpose contained in the OSCE/ODIHR final report of January 3, 2013.
During the meeting the parties discussed the priorities of Ukraine's chairmanship of the OSCE this year.
Glover wished the Ukrainian foreign minister success in his important mission as the OSCE chairman.
