Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak hopes that the Parliament will work on Thursday and will continue to provide legally reforms in the country, he said during a meeting of the heads of regional councils and the Supreme Council of Crimea invited to the opening ceremony of the second session of the seventh convocation of the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.

"I hope the Verkhovna Rada to start working on Thursday," the speaker stressed once again and added that MPs should agree, and he, as a head of the Verkhovna Rada, will take a decision.

Rybak urged the MPs of all factions to treat each other with respect and noted that he did not violate the Rules.

"I will follow the Rules. I'm doing it well. As the Rules are not stories for children," he said.

He reminded the deputies that the elections finished long ago, and it's time to fulfill their campaign promises and to work in the hall.

The speaker urged repeatedly the deputies to open the session of the Verkhovna Rada and added that he will not allow to use force to unblock the Parliament.
