Ukraine will become a leader in the production of hydrocarbons in the Black Sea, energy and coal industry minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I want to draw attention to the fact that Ukraine intends to produce the largest amount of hydrocarbons in the Black Sea in 2013," he said.
As for the production at the Scythian field in the Black Sea, Stavytsky recalled that the competition on its development was carried out last year.
