Verkhovna Rada speaker Volodymyr Rybak opposes to convening the extraordinary session of the Parliament at the request of the opposition.
The speaker said that it is too costly for the budget.
According to him, all the MPs had left and about 3.5 million hryvnia from the state budget should be spent for them to convene together and talk.
"The opposition says: “Let's convene at the extraordinary session!” What for? We will not take any decisions, we'll talk, and throw away 3.5 million hryvnia. Speak for your personal money," he said during a visit to Donetsk region.
Rybak said that MPs can talk after the regular session starts
