Ukraine is planning to sign an association agreement and a free trade area with the European Union during the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius in November of 2013, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych told reporters in Davos (Switzerland) on Thursday, while commenting on a meeting with President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz, the press service of the head of state reported.
According to him, during the meeting the parties also discussed preparations for the summit, which is to be held in Vilnius in November this year, where Ukraine is planning to sign the association agreement, including the creation of a free trade area.
