The Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) will submit the draft budget for 2013 to the City Council in mid-February, head of the KCSA Oleksandr Popov said after the Administration’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the consultations with the Cabinet of Ministers are being held on the issue of making the debt-neutral budget.
"We would like to submit the budget, if a consensus with the Finance Ministry is reached," he said.
Popov said that the main consultations will take place this week, so he can not name any figures yet.
"First, we definitely need to have the budget to increase remuneration for social workers from the first quarter. Second, without a budget we can not implement our investment programs," the KCSA head said.
