The composition of permanent delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has been published on the official website of the Ukrainian Parliament today.
It consists of 12 deputies, members of the permanent delegation of the Verkhovna Rada in PACE, including MPs Volodymyr Aryev, Lesia Orobets and Serhiy Sobolev from the Fatherland faction, as well as Volodymyr Vecherko, Serhiy Kivalov, Serhiy Klyuyev, Yulia Lyovochkina and Ivan Popesku from the Party of Regions.
The permanent delegation also includes Pavlo Ryabykyn (UDAR faction), Petro Symonenko (Communist Party of Ukraine), Oleksandr Shevchenko (Freedom faction) and individual MP Lev Myrymskyi.
Names of 12 deputy members of the permanent delegation are also published on the website. But there is no information about the head of the delegation. Popescu was a head of the permanent delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of the previous convocation in the PACE.
On January 21-25, the PACE session will be held in Strasbourg, it will be the first session after the elections in Ukraine.
