Head of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak has extended break in the Parliament’s work till 4 pm, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The leaders of factions continue to consult, so I announce a break till 4 pm. We continue to work in the session hall at 4 pm," he said.
It should be noted that about 10 opposition MPs keep blocking the rostrum and presidium of the Verkhovna Rada.
