Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych dismissed Serhiy Larin from the post of the head of Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, ForUm learned from the press service of the head of state.
Yanukovych then appointed Larin as a deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine.
Relevant decrees were published on the President's web site on Wednesday.
