On January 4, registration of applicants to participate in an external independent testing has officially started in Ukraine, the Education and Science, Youth and Sports Ministry press service informs.
"On January 4, 2013, registration of applicants to participate in an external independent testing has officially started. The registration documents of the future entrants shall be submitted till March 5," the press service statement reads.
As reported, the Education and Science, Youth and Sports Ministry announced the rules for admission to higher education institutions in 2013.
