The Parliament’s factions are preparing the joint statement on Ukraine’s European integration, Parliament’s speaker Volodymyr Rybak said on air of the Channel 5.

"European integration is one of the main issues of all five parties, having entered the Parliament. There is no disagreement," Rybak assured.

The speaker stressed that the Party of Regions does not change its position on the matter. "Perhaps, there will be a joint statement of all the factions on this issue," Rybak said.

In addition, speaker said that "the experts are working on the issue of the Customs Union." "They will give their recommendations. They will give their explanations for the MPs. The time comes, we will consider this issue as well," he said.

However, Rybak stressed that the issue of Ukraine's joining the Customs Union is not on the agenda.

"Ukraine hasn’t filed any request ... This question is being studied. Today, the question of Ukraine's joining the Customs Union is not on the agenda. No one can say that priority is given to the European Union only, or to the Customs Union only. It is necessary to study the issues very carefully," speaker of the Verkhovna Rada assured.
