Ukraine remains a key strategic partner for NATO, spokesperson of the NATO in Ukraine Marcin Koziel said at the meeting of the Strategic Discussion Club on topic "National security of Ukraine in the context of recent changes in foreign and domestic policy," ForUm correspondent reports.
"Despite of the non-aligned status, Ukraine remains a key strategic partner of the NATO," he said.
Kozhiel noted that NATO respects the choice of Ukraine as a sovereign state and will continue to support Ukraine in its reform implementation and democratization process.
In addition, according to him, NATO continues to play an important role in the support of civil society in Ukraine.
