National Joint Stock Company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" has transferred 850 million U.S. dollars to OJSC “Gazprom” for the natural gas imported in November 2012, the press service of the company informs.
The natural gas price for the fourth quarter of 2012 is about 430 U.S. dollars.
Under the terms of the additional agreement to the basic contract, concluded between the National Joint Stock Company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" and OJSC “Gazprom” on April 21, 2010, the natural gas price shall be determined by taking into account $ 100 discount per 1.000 cubic meters.
According to the press service statement, the National Joint Stock Company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" pays to the OJSC "Gazprom" for imported natural gas monthly on time and in full compliance with its obligations.
