As of afternoon, five road traffic accidents were registered in Kyiv, head of the press service of the Kyiv Traffic Police Nataliya Storozhyk told ForUm correspondent.
According to her, the Traffic Police warns to dip headlights in bad weather conditions. "We urge drivers always to remember the traffic rules. But taken into account today’s weather conditions, they should also keep in mind the fact that the roads are slippery," she noted
The Kyiv Traffic Police has published several tips on its website how to drive a car in poor visibility conditions, Storozhyk stressed.
