Deputies of the Kyiv City Council agreed on an initiative to create the Kyiv Historical Center Museum.
The corresponding decision was taken at today’s meeting of the session. 101 out of 110 MPs registered in the hall voted in favor of this decision.
The newly established cultural institution will be controlled by the management of the Shevchenkivsky district administration.
The museum will be located in the house at Bohdan Khmelnitsky street in the Shevchenkivsky district.
The deputies charged the Chief Financial Management of the KCSA together with Shevchenkivsky district administration to provide annually funds for the functioning of this museum within the total costs of culture and art sphere.
