MPs from the Party of Regions, who will not personally vote in the Parliament, will bear party and political responsibility, as there are no legal sanction stipulated, President’s representative at the Verkhovna Rada Yuri Miroshnichenko said on air of Channel 5.
"There are no forms of constraint, there is an oath declared and signed by every MP, there is responsibility to the voters, who delegated each MP to the Verkhovna Rada," he said.
"We are aware of this responsibility, I hope that our colleagues will participate in plenary sessions and will vote personally. There are forms of influence, they do not provide any legal sanctions, but they provide the party and political responsibility," the President’s representative concluded.
