The panel of judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeals has upheld the sentence of former interior minister Yuri Lutsenko, sentenced to two years imprisonment in a criminal case on the organization of spying for the driver of the former first deputy chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Volodymyr Satsyuk - Valentyn Davydenko.

The relevant text of the judgment has been read out by the presiding judge Oleg Prysiazhniuk.
Thus, the Court of Appeals dismissed the appeal against the sentence of Lutsenko delivered by the Pechersk district court of Kyiv.

"The panel of judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeals decided to uphold the sentence of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv. The full text of the judgment will be announced on November 29 at 10:00 am," the judge has informed.
