Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov is satisfied with the work of "government contact center", ForUm correspondent reports.

"I am satisfied with the way work is organized, it is important that it continue improving," the PM said.
The Premier is glad that the center employees communicate with the people not only by phone, but via website already, so applications of citizens are processing automatically now.
 
"This will reduce to a minimum the delays with appeals and improve the quality of work with them. My work with people on the web shows this is a very important channel of information through which we obtain absolutely truthful information. Official sources of information, such as statistics agencies, special reports of ministries, regional and district administrations are sometimes not able to accurately reproduce the real situation," Azarov said.

In addition, according to the Cabinet of Ministers press service, contact centers will be established in all regions of the country.

To date, most of citizens address with issues of housing, social security and pensions, as well as the activities of government, justice.
