Core inflation in Ukraine amounted to 0.1% in October

The core inflation in Ukraine in October of 2012 against September amounted to 0.1%, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine reported.

According to the State Statistics Service, the core inflation in October of 2012 against October of 2011 amounted to 1.1%, in January-October of 2012 against the same period in 2011 - 3.8%.

The core inflation excludes the short-term irregular price changes under the influence of some administrative, event and seasonal factors. Mostly, it concerns the price performance that ignores changes in prices for food and energy.
