The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has passed the draft resolution on the request of the Central Election Commission regarding parliamentary elections in single-member constituencies ## 94, 132, 194, 197 and 223.

As ForUm correspondent reports, 268 MPs voted in favor of the resolution.

According to the explanatory memorandum, the law of Ukraine on parliamentary elections does not determine the solutions of the problem situation during the elections of October 28, 2012 in single-member constituencies ## 94, 132, 194, 197 and 223.

Thus, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is obliged to ensure the proper conduct of parliamentary elections in Ukraine and exercise of the constitutional right to vote of the Ukrainian citizens to in single-member constituencies ## 94, 132, 194, 197, 223.

Adoption of the draft resolution by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine requires allocation of funds from the State Budget of Ukraine for reelections.
