The Kyiv Court of Appeals upheld the decision of the Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv, under which the former employee of the President’s guard Major Mykola Melnychenko is forbidden to leave the place of residence without the permission of the investigator.
This decision of the court was announced by Judge Olga Efimova.
Thus, the court upheld the decision of the court of first instance and dismissed the appeal of Melnychenko’s lawyer.
