The deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission Zhanna Usenko-Chorna advises not to hope that video monitoring system will help in establishing the election results.
According to her, she is not aware of the fact that someone has addressed the CEC with the request for information on video monitoring and added. "Frankly, I am very skeptical that the records are preserved and will be the real proof of the occurrence of certain actions," she said.
"Video monitoring will not play any role in the count result. Local magicians, I think, are very clever to cheat monitoring system and citizens," the deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission summed up.
