The government expects the volume of capital investments for the implementation of infrastructure projects in 2013 to make up 300 billion UAH, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said at the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.

The PM said that "100 billions of them will be allocated for the construction".

"In particular, construction of the first bridge over the Dnipro river in Kyiv is completed this year, the second phase of this important highway will be built in the following year," he said.

Azarov also said that in 2013 will be built: a bypass road around Dnipropetrovsk and Sevastopol, Luhansk-Donetsk highway of the first category, container terminal at the Odessa Sea Commercial Port, Podolsky bridge across the Dnipro River in Kyiv, Beskidsky tunnel in Lviv region and etc.

"Domestic steel and reinforced concrete should be produced for the construction," the Prime Minister said, adding that the implementation of infrastructure projects also provides design and construction, construction and assembly and metallurgy organizations with work.
