The Kyivsky District Court of Kharkov put off the hearing of case against former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko on the activities of the “United Energy Systems of Ukraine” corporation till November 13.
The relevant decision was voiced by the presiding judge Kostyantyn Sadovski, after hearing the opinions of prosecutor and the defense on opportunity to continue the hearing without the participation of the accused.
The next session will begin on November 13 at 10.00 a.m.
