Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych signed an order to deepen the strategic partnership with Russia and to implement all agreements reached during the fifth meeting of the Ukrainian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission, adviser to the President of Ukraine, head of the Main Department of International Relations at the Presidential Administration Andriy Honcharuk said, the press service of the head of state reported.

The document is focused on ensuring of the implementation of tasks defined in the protocol of the Ukrainian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission by the central authorities.

According to Honcharuk, the order also includes issues on the preparation of signing of bilateral documents, in particular, on presence of the Black Sea Fleet in Ukraine.

The order also refers to the provision of a number of important bilateral events with the participation of the head of state, in particular, his state visit to the Russian Federation and the third Russian-Ukrainian Interregional Economic Forum under the patronage of the Presidents of Ukraine and Russia in Nizhny Novhorod.

The head of state expects the central authorities to take concerted actions for the timely and full implementation of his order, Honcharuk summed up.
