Kyiv Commercial Court partially fulfilled a demand of the Russian Defense Ministry to the Cabinet on the debt of corporation "United Energy Systems of Ukraine" and obliged the government of Ukraine to pay Russia three billion 113 million 53 thousand 506 UAH 26 kopecks (about 390 million dollar).
The court has announced the appropriate decision today.
"The court has decided to partially fulfill a demand of the Russian Defense Ministry to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and obliged the government of Ukraine to pay 3 billion 113 million 53 thousand 506 UAH 26 kopecks. And it has refused all other claims," judge Anatoly Ivchenko read out the decision.
The judge stressed that the court decision will come into force, if there is no appeal petition. If such appeal is considered, it will enter into force after the decision of the appeal court.
