Personal invitations for voters must be delivered no later than October 12, 2012, deputy head of the State Register of Voters Office Oleksandr Stelmakh said during the training seminar meeting with the heads of district election commissions, held in the CEC, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, personal invitations will be made by the State Register of Voters Office. "12 invitations will be printed on one A3 page. The polling station commissions will not have to write them by hand, they will only cut them," Stelmakh said.
