The situation in Libya hampers efforts of the Foreign Affairs Ministry in the liberation of the imprisoned 19 Ukrainians, who were accused of aiding the former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, foreign minister of Ukraine Kostyantyn Hryshchenko posted on Twitter.
"Situation in Libya is hardly controlled, it hampers our efforts to free Ukrainians, imprisoned there. But we will continue doing all possible to free them and also to ensure their safety in Libya," Hryshchenko said.
