The Cabinet approved the draft budget 2013, finance minister Yuri Kolobov told a briefing after the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
The draft state budget 2013 consists of two volumes.
"According to the Constitution, we must submit it to the Parliament before September 15," finance minister said.
