On Friday, September 14, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will pay a working visit to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the President’s press service informs. In Crimea, Yanukovych will take part in the 9th annual meeting of the CIS heads of government in Yalta.

As reported, Ukraine hopes the vehicle recycling tax, introduced by the Russian Federation, will be cancelled at the summit of the CIS heads of government in Yalta, on September 28, 2012.

"We hope that at the summit of the heads of government, which is traditionally held in Crimea, we will make a joint statement. We hope to succeed in agreeing on mutual access of engineering products in terms of vehicles recycling by September 28," trade and economic development minister of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said at the meeting with the head of the Eurasian Economic Commission board Viktor Khristenko.
