Starting from September 1 this year, the Cabinet of Ministers introduces mandatory declaration of changes in wholesale prices of medicines and medical products, purchased at the cost of the state and local budgets.
The relevant innovation is stipulated in the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers № 794 of August 13.
In particular, changes in wholesale prices, excluding duties and value added tax, shall be declared.
The wholesale prices of medicines and medical products registered before September 1, 2012, shall be considered as the declared changes of prices and shall be in effect during the term of the registration certificate of the appropriate medicine or certificate of its registration.
