According to Deinega, the project is not being prepared in the city council. The faction has not met to discuss it. He advised to address the chairman of the faction Oleksiy Omelyanenko.
In turn, Kachkan said that has never heard of such a draft decision. "I’ve heard nothing. But I'm not in Kyiv now. I personally have not filed such a project and I will not file it," the deputy said.
The representatives of the Party of Regions faction press service in the Kyiv City Council noted that they also do not know anything about this project.
