Economic development and trade Minister of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko rejects to comment on Russia's refusal to import cheese of four Ukrainian producers.
"I cannot and I will not comment on it. To date, we have sent our commission to test the quality of products," he told a briefing after the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
The minister promised to comment on the situation only after the results of the study. "However, I want to emphasize that the lion's share of the Ukrainian producers sends freely their products to the Russian market. We continue accrediting Ukrainian producers, so that analyzes could be performed not in Russia only but in Ukrainian certified laboratories as well for the producers to know the results. The requirements of our domestic market for product quality are not less strict than in Russia," Poroshenko said.
