Free trade area within the CIS countries will start working starting from September 23, the government commissioner for cooperation with the Russian Federation, the CIS, Eurasian Economic Community and other regional associations Valeriy Muntiyan said.
"Free trade area within the CIS will start working starting from September 23. The relevant application, which is to be filed directly to Minsk, has been already presented," Muntiyan said on the air of the Channel 5 Ukrainian TV channel.
