The Regional Development, Construction and Housing Ministry proposes to oblige people to install heat meters till October 1, 2017.
The relevant bill provides for mandatory commercial accounting of centralized heat supply for the population - from October 1, 2017, of centralized water supply - from January 1, 2018, supply for the budget agencies and other customers - from January 1, 2014.
