Today, the CEC completes the reception of documents from the parties and single-mandate constituency deputies candidates.
According to the law on election of people's deputies of Ukraine, the party shall file an application for registration of candidates, a copy of the certificate of registration of a party and its charter, the decision of the supreme governing body on the nomination of candidates, the electoral list of candidates.
In addition, shall be filed the applications of the persons included in a party list with their consent to be a candidate of a party with the obligation to stop the activity incompatible with a deputy's mandate in case of election as a deputy. Moreover, a property, revenues and expenditure declarations, as well as the document on making cash collateral should be filed.
To a register a candidate, who is running in single-mandate constituencies under the procedure of self-nomination, the CEC requires to personally present a passport or a temporary certificate of citizen of Ukraine and other documents prescribed by the law.
On July 30, the election campaign kicked off.
Elections are scheduled for October 28.
To get into the Parliament, the parties will have to overcome the 5% threshold.
