She noted that during the meeting with intellectuals in Crimea, Yanukovych instructed the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to set up a working group to develop a state targeted program for the development of the Ukrainian language. "Now, when the President proposed such significant amendments to the bill and proposed a state targeted program for the development of the Ukrainian language, the Kivalov-Kolesnichenko bill in fact does not pose any threats, existed before the President made his proposals.
