Starting from September 1, 2012, the minimum scholarships for students in vocational schools, universities, and scholarships for orphans and children deprived of parental care will increase.
This is affirmed by the resolution № 703 from July 25, posted on the website of the government.
According to the document, the minimum scholarship for vocational students will increase to 275 UAH, for students of universities of I-II accreditation level studying at the educational and qualification level "junior specialist" or "bachelor" will increase to 550 UAH, for students of universities of III-IV accreditation levels studying at the educational and qualification level "bachelor", "specialist" and "master" - 730 UAH.
Starting from September 1, the social scholarships for orphan pupils and children deprived of parental care, as well as pupils who lost their parents during their studies at the age of 18-23 will increase to 850 UAH per month, for orphan students and children deprived of parental care, as well as students who lost their parents during their studies from 18 to 23 years will increase to 1760 UAH per month.
