At the scheduled meeting the Cabinet of Ministers is to consider the state policy concept in the sphere of activity development in the separate areas of radiation contamination as a result of the Chernobyl disaster, the government agenda of the meeting specifies.
The minister of emergency situations Viktor Baloga will provide the relevant draft regulation to the government.
In addition, the minister of energy and coal industry Yuri Boyko will submit a draft regulation on the cancellation of the Cabinet's decision of March 21 with regard to the bill on the abolition of value added tax for the oil feedstock operation.
The government will also review the state program of cooperation with Ukrainians abroad for a period till 2015.
Besides, the Cabinet will consider the approval of the agreement with the government of Serbia on cooperation in the defense sphere, the agreement signing with the government of Namibia on cooperation in the defense sphere, the agreement with the government of the United Arab Emirates on the air service.
The government will also consider the action plan on the preparation and celebration of the 21st anniversary of the Independence of Ukraine in 2012.
In addition, the Cabinet will consider the activities’ results of the State Service of special communication and information protection and the State Service of the protection of private information in 2011-2012.
Traditionally, the government will consider employment issues at the end of the session.
