Ukraine is ready to help Georgia and the Russian Federation to establish peaceful relations through the activity of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation organization, the FM spokesman Oleh Voloshyn told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
"This organization is of an unprecedented value, but it does not demonstrate the high efficiency because of crises, scandals involving the leadership. This considerably damages the image of the international organization," Voloshyn said.
According to him, Ukraine still maintains the dynamics of development of the organization.
"This is one of the formats of cooperation between Ukraine and Turkey. And there is mutual interest to develop it. We can also look for the ways to restore trust between Georgia and Russia to settle their conflict. For us, both Georgia and Russia are very important partners for us. I wish there was peace and mutual trust between us," Voloshyn said.
