The presiding judge of the Supreme Court on civil and criminal cases Stanislav Mishchenko has suspended the consideration of the cassation appeal of the lawyer Oleksandr Plahotnyuk against the sentence of the former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko on the gas case until August 16.
Mishchenko has announced the corresponding decision after the consideration of the appropriate application of the public prosecutions.
"The next case hearing will be on August 16 at 10 am," the judge said.
