In the 3d quarter, only 1.7 thousand enterprises are scheduled for the State Tax Service of Ukraine (STSU) inspections, ForUm learned from the service press office.
"Compared with the second quarter, the number of enterprises scheduled for inspections in July-September, has decreased by 300 business entities. In the past quarter, the tax service workers inspected two thousand entrepreneurs," the STSU statement says.
According to the tax experts, these figures are the result of the improved procedures for the tax audit planning system.
"Today, the STSU mainly focuses on the inspections of the risky ventures. In the second quarter 2012, this decision has given the opportunity to include no more than two thousand companies in the quarterly inspections schedule. In the third quarter 2012, this number was reduced to 1.7 thousand," the STSU statement stresses.
In total, no more than 8000 business entities are to undergo scheduled inspections in 2012.
