The Parliament can not dissolve, the first deputy chairman of the Parliament’s committee on rules, ethics and maintenance of the Verkhovna Rada Serhiy Sas told reporters on the sidelines of the Parliament, as ForUm correspondent reports.

"In the Ukrainian legislation such term as the Parliament dissolution does not exist. According to Article 90 of the Constitution, the President of Ukraine has the right of early termination of the Parliament powers if plenary meetings fail to start during one session within 30 calendar days. Neither the Constitution nor other laws provide other conditions," the MP said.

According to Sas, if this situation does not change, a classic parliamentary crisis will continue.
