The Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko has not given an answer yet about her participation in the hearing on June 25, as she is waiting for the German doctors' recommendation to the matter, ForUm learned from the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine (SPSU) press service.

"The Kachanivska penal colony direction have received a letter from the judge of the Kyiv district court in Kharkiv summoning Tymoshenko to the court on June 25 this year  to participate in the trial on the United Energy Systems of Ukraine case," the report says.

According to the report, Tymoshenko has been notified today, but she has not given her decision on the matter, but said she needs to know doctors' opinion.

Tymoshenko and her defender Serhiy Vlasenko informed the colony authorities they had asked German doctor Annette Rayzhauer to provide such recommendations. According to Tymoshenko, the recommendations will be announced on June 24.

As a reminder, the Ministry of Health committee recommended the Kyiv District Court of Kharkiv to create proper conditions for the former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko to be able to participate in the hearing on the case of the Unified Energy System of Ukraine (UESU) on June 25.
